Direct Debits keep your account up to date by automatically paying what’s outstanding on your bill on the due date.

Ways to pay your bill
  • Direct debit
    Direct Debit automatically pays what's owed on the due date making it the easiest way to pay your bill.
    What is the frequency for payments?
    Your account will be debited on the due date of each month. The amount that you owe is taken out of you bank account or credit card after you've received your bill.
    When are payments made?
    Your bill is always paid on the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all. If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.
    Changing or cancelling your direct debit.
    If you wish to change any details of your direct debit, click the "edit direct debit details" button, enter your details and save. If you wish to cancel your direct debit, please contact us.
    What is the cost?
    There is a surcharge of 1.43% for Visa/Mastercard, 1.99% of the transaction value plus $0.30 per transaction or 2.7% and Diners. Dishonoured direct debit payments may result in a $9.90 dishonour fee.
  • Online via My Account
    My Account is a convenient way for you to manage your account. You can view your balance, transaction history and pay your bill online using your credit or debit card. There is a surcharge of 1.43% for Visa/Mastercard and 2.7% for American Express. Avoid these surcharges by paying with direct debit from your bank account.

  • Automatic payment
    You may wish to pay a fixed amount each month by setting up an automatic payment with your bank. If there is an outstanding balance when you receive your bill, simply pay the amount owing by the due date. Automatic payments can be set up by using your bank's internet banking facilities or completing a form at your bank.
